Food on first night was awful:chicken in flaky pastry reminded me of what I gave my cat and tasted vile. Other meals ok. Staff were mostly friendly. The single room where a family member stayed was disgusting and needs renovating urgently. Wasn't keen on the town and not near restaurants in walking distance.

A great hotel but not the best welcome. I'd previously emailed with a couple of questions and requests - these weren't responded to and then at check-in the receptionist 'suddenly' found my email. I'd particularly booked the hotel because of the pool but you have to reserve time to use - which I'd requested in my email - so we couldn't use it. We then asked about having dinner outside - the receptionist so no tables were available -- so on our way out to find dinner, we did ask at the hotel restaurant if there was an outside table - and there was. Had a great dinner. Overall, it was great - just a poor welcome which needs to be improved.

Not so good. Very lacking in customer service, seemed to be because we're Americans, kinda ignored us at dinner while everybody else received ok service. Advertised laundry facilities, but it was poor equipment and they were not wanting to assist us. English speakers beware.

Property parking wasn’t well defined, and outside looks nothing like the pictures. When we checked in they said we hadn’t paid for our room, which we have and they couldn’t fix it so we have to wait till the morning to fix the issue. Then we wanted drinks and went outside and the tables were dirty and the server forgot about us. It started raining so we moved inside and then we were completely forgot about. We had to ask for service 3 times before someone came to take our order. It was terrible service at the restaurant/bar. Our bathroom in our room has spiders in the corner, there is no shower curtain so our bathroom will have water all over the floor after 3 of us will be showering in the morning. We paid $217 after taxes, Not worth the price at all.

Bijzonder ruime en mooie kamer en heerlijk groot bad. Tv moest even aangeslingerd door personeel en waterkoker schakelaar naast stekker defect, kamer zou iets beter bekeken en getest kunnen worde. 2e dag, koffie en lepels niet aangevuld. Bad was niet goed schoon, bodem wel maar binnen zijkanten niet, voel je dan duidelijk, dat was...erg jammer. Restaurant was super, ontbijt prima te doen. Zou er zo nog eens heen gaan. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

We hadden een kamer met kingsize bed besteld, echter was die er niet, volgens hotel is Expedia al vaker op geattendeerd. Dat was jammer. Ontbijt was simpel, maar okee. beetje matig voor het geld

voor één nacht gaat het wel, maar wij wilden een weekend daar blijven. echt te weinig comfort voor een lang wekend. zwembad te klein en meestal op tijdvakken van 40 minuten sauna had maar één werkende sauna en ook hier maximaal 40 minuten tijdvak en reserveren. de tv deed het niet en al zou die het doen geen nederlandse zenders. het restaurant zou nederlands sprekend personeel hebben...niet dus.
