"We stayed in the Suite with two terraces and was worth paying the extra for. One terrace is inward facing without any view, but the other is lovely and the two rooms gave the extra space we were seeking. It is right on the train station platform (takes less than 15 seconds from reception to being on a train) and a great base to explore the region. Would definitely come back."

"The room was very nicely appointed and a good size (we had deluxe king). The linens were adequate. The showers were great. The breakfast was adequate but limited - good quality but limited selection. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. Great location."

"clean and comfortable room. all rooms has mountain view. Jungfran can be seen at front garden. great breakfast. however, the building is a bit old. Our room was located at the top floor, which is the attic. elevator only goes to level 5, we had to carry luggage and use stairs. also, minding the low ceiling that may bump head."

"So convenient to train station (especially helpful upon arrival/departure with luggage) also very accessible to other points In Grindelwald. Nightly live music was enjoyable, even from balcony. Staff extremely nice and helpful. On site laundry is a plus (but it gets backed up with 3 washer/dryers, plan ahead)."
