I would have loved for this stay to would have been different, instead, it was terrible and it almost ruined my vacation. The check in was nice, I felt welcomed, until I was told that my room had a shared bathroom, which was not clear or even on the property’s description, I decided to accept it, the charge for my reservation was already made. While I was setting up in my room, I noticed that the door lock had been tempered with and was broken, I reported it to the staff and was , told that it had been reported by the prior tenant, they gave me the room anyway!! This didn’t make me feel safe but was told that the manager would be informed. When I came back from a tour was told that the lock was still broken plus there will not be running water from 8pm -1am., with a shared bathroom? Really?! tried resolving the issue and get a refund from the hotel or a transfer to a different room and was unsuccessful. At this point the staff was not willing to assist or resolve and no manager there, i didn’t feel safe staying in this room with a tempered lock and will have to find another place to stay in a foreign country. I made the decision for my safety to leave the room and return the keys, the clerks refused to provide me proof and I had to call the police to witness the activity. They did. I am now at 8:10pm trying to find another room away from my country of origin and fear for my safety. I demand a refund and sanctions to the hotel as they put me or guests in danger.

Muy desagradable experiencía! 5 meses atrás ocupe 4 noches $594 c/u y hoy me cobran $882 y al entrar descubro que no tiene baño al pedir cambio exigen pago por $140 = $1022 en un sevicio ** además de pedir la desocupación desde 10.45am y se paran en la puerta 1hora presionando porque se entreda 11am. Antes de dormir pise 1 cucaracha que subia a la cama y ni que decir lo austero del desayuno incluido: 2 tortillas/1 mini plato de fruta y 1/2 porción de huevo y frijol + café.Sin opción de cambio. Definitivamente salí molesto ya que no saben que del cliente viven. NO Vuelvo!

No cambian toallas, no ofrecen bottellas de agua cada día, solo ponen 2 botellitas de 1/2 litro en el primer dia. Si te hospedas una semana tienes que comprar tu agua.

En 1a.noche hubo un contratiempo que se resolvió al dia siguiente y fué el no poder usar el WC...Fuera de eso disfruto su úbicación principalmente.

This traditional hotel near Oaxaca's historic central district worked out well for me. The staff was helpful and friendly, the 99-peso breakfast was yummy and the staff helped me get a taxi to the airport at 3:30 am. Just a few short blocks from the must-see San Dominico church, convent and museum.

El edificio es muy bonito, su patio interior con mesas es fabuloso. También la ubicación del hotel es excelente. El único detalle que no me agrado, y claro no es culpa del hotel, es que la cantina de junto a altas horas de la noche, tenía un grupo musical en vivo que tenía el volumen muy alto.

Vraiment déçu , très rudimentaire ,très bruyant,la chambre était décorer de 3 crucifix ouf , aucune intimité.le petit déjeuner est médiocre .Malgré que j’ai exprimé mon désarroi face aux bruits,le personnel ne pouvait rien me proposer d’autres .Nous avions loués 4 nuits avons décidé de partir après deux nuits dans cette hôtel , il est certain que je ne refaire pas cette endroit.

Nice little place with all the bacics at our disposal in a really gool location on the edge of the "Centro" area. The staff was very helpful and always polite. They recommended a day tour to Mitla and the Giant tree "Arbol Del Tule" as well as a couple other stops that was just a really great 10 hour day trip that we teally enjoyed and highly recommend. Nice little simple breakfast included. Would stay here again for sure if ever back in Oaxaca.

Emmy friends and I just used the place to rest a bit and to leave our clothes while exploring the city. The shared bathroom might be an issue for those staying longer as you might have to share it with other people. The curtain had an unpleasant smell too. The staff was super friendly and accommodating but the place needs to be clean. The welcome sign by the entrance was a nice touch.

I liked that it has American Breackfast included and you have the option to ask for another kind of breackfast for 100 pesos more. I did not like that I only learned that I had to share bathroom and toilet with other guests only when I was there. I would like to have known this before I choose the place

Definitivamente no regresamos a este hotel.

Primeramente hotels.com puso en su página información equivocada del hotel que nos afectó en nuestra reserva. La cama mala, el cuarto demasiado pequeño, el baño incómodamente chico, la regadera horrible te tienes que duchar pegado a la pared, la cortina no cubre toda la ventana que da al pasillo por lo que quedas descubierto. La TV en una pared lateral que resultaba incómodo verla. El WiFi no llegaba al cuarto. El hotel no pagó el servicio de cable y les cortaron el servicio por lo que no se podía ver la TV. Cobran por guardar el equipaje en la administración unas horas el día de salida. Su tarifa es alta para lo que ofrece este hotel.
