I found hair in the sheets, bed was very uncomfortable, not very clean. No phone in the room. Very loud noises all night long, this place is 7 blocks from the zocalo.

Happy holidays

Look past the broken tiles and windows and you will enjoy your stay. The room was very clean and the towels and bed linen were excellent. Great value for the money. We sat round the swimming pool every afternoon. Staff were lovely. Great cheap restaurants and supermarkets were near.

Comfortable stay for the price, only thing we didn't like was how noisy it was during the night. You can hear everything that's going on outside and on the top floors. Other than that, it was a comfortable space.

If I could give this hotel a no star I would. Not only were we overcharged for change of room for two double beds in room but the conditions of rooms were terrible. Also there are sections of rooms were ceiling heights were under 5ft. My son who is over 6 ft tall bumped his forehead twice. DO NOT COME. Asked staff for a taxi and he suggested I walk a few blocks to get taxi. Conditions of rooms are very run down. If Oaxaca wasn’t such a beautiful place to visit the trip would’ve been terrible but the only bad experience was the hotel. Oaxaca itself is beautiful.
