My husband and I changed our booking from another hotel to this one and we had no regrets! We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff and the location. It’s literally across the street from Tierra del Sol and walking distance to everything. Also the courtyard where the restaurant was located was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast there on one of our more relaxing days. Can’t wait to stay here again!

A quiet haven in the heart of Oaxaca ! The most calm and quiet boutique hotel I stayed . You will find a peaceful retreat where the thick walls and leafy courtyard soften every sound . Step though the doors and the city's bustle melts away. Though you are in the very center of Oaxaca , cathedrals, botanical garden , artisans shops and many restaurants . In the morning you hear a distant church bell of Santo Domingo , everything within a reach , yet a peaceful sanctuary all your own. The room is so comfortable and everyone is so friendly and hospitable . The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious , i had shrimps tacos and mushrooms soup and the waiters were so hospitable . Big thank you to the hotels management and the porter who always open the door with the smile !

We loved this hotel! The bed are new and very comfortable. Everything was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal. We did not have breakfast because it was expensive compared to other options nearby. It is also difficult to make the TV work so ask the person at the reception and they will gladly help you.

This property is in a very good location to explore Oaxaca on foot. I chose the least expensive room and though it was small it provided a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and very good housekeeping. The office staff were helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was fairly good. There is a very good coffee and pastry shop on the corner, Tierra del Sol. This hotel is a good deal for the money. The only real negative I have is when departing the employee on the door was quite upset he had to get up from bed to let me out the front door so I could catch my flight.

Had a great one night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Centrally located especially now during the Guelaguetza festivities. Everything was a short walk and located near highly rated places. The room itself was small, but had everything I needed minus a refrigerator. Like most of Mexico the AC only lowers to a certain level so it will never be freezing cold but it was perfect enough for my preference. Staff allowed me to keep my luggage in their office after my checkout for a few hours before I left to my next destination. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel located in the center of town. Very nice location, walkable to everything. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner plus happy hour. The only downside was our room was on the main floor right outside the restaurant, so it was loud until about 10-10:30 then again in the morning when they set up breakfast. I would just recommend requesting a room on the second floor. We would stay here again.
