Booked most expensive room, no privacy from other guests as si dows faced the exterior walkways. Toilet has a glass enclosure...if that dolor Is open people can see you on the toilet. No hot water for big tub. Food was not good in the hotel.

A cute hotel only 4 blocks from the main activities of Dia de Los Muertos. Friendly staff and nice room. They also had a taxi waiting for me at 3:30am to go to the airport.

Disappointing at best

We were very disappointed with the condition of the room. The mattress was collapsed on one side. The remote did not turn the TV on or off. The sink tapas almost seized and a real struggle to operate. I had to remove and clean the shower head of grit . The shower pressure was feeble and inadequate. There was no garbage can in the room and the air conditioner was feeble. But it was clean.

El lugar es lindo pero definitivamente no hay buena limpieza. Reserve dos habitaciones, ambas tenían inodoro sucio, toallas sucias e incluso uno de ellos no contaba con agua. Cafetera que no funcionaba y colchones demasiado suaves, tanto que te hundes cuando te acuestas. La televisión no cuenta con buen internet, así que no esperes ver TV ya que se pausa cada 5 segundos. Definitivamente no volvería a este lugar en especial por la falta de higiene.

El hotel está bien ubicado para caminar a la zona de Santo Domingo. Los cuartos están espaciosos y limpios. El establecimiento es pequeño y difícil para maniobrar, especialmente a la salida. Los cuartos tienen ventana a una calle muy concurrida por autos y camiones y el ruido es muy molesto durante el día e incluso en la noche. Lo peor es la gerente: viajé con mi esposa y nuestros 2 perros de servicio, al reservar menciona que hay un costo de $300mxn por noche, por mascota, y piden que notifiques que irás con mascotas para que te puedan dar una de las habitaciones que tienen designadas, así que al reservar puse la nota correspondiente y ELLOS directamente me contestaron el mensaje a través de Expedia que si los perritos eran de servicio NO tenían ningún costo; así que nosotros llevamos sus cartas y documentos pertinentes, al llegar el joven de la recepción no parecía estar muy capacitado para atender a los huéspedes así que nos comunicó por teléfono con la gerente quien termino gritando que ella "no tenía porque pagar por mis perros si yo no quería". Pasé 5 minutos explicando por teléfono y leyendo textualmente el mensaje que recibí de su parte, que yo solo quería que cumplieran su oferta y que si no iba a ser que simplemente aceptaran que fue un error de su parte. Nunca lo aceptó así que pagamos como ya teníamos planeado, pero la gerente insistía que canceláramos. Terrible atención.
