"Room was as promised. I was able to add on two more nights. It is located a short walk from the main sites of Verona. I was there as a solo traveler and felt safe walking around. The front desk is only managed from certain times, so you do need to keep this in mind if staying here. The A/C was a life saver this summer."

The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up.
