"This meticulously well-appointed, renovated townhouse is a great place to stay in Philly! In a great location, it’s an easy walk to numerous historic sites and neighborhoods. It is 4 stories though so be prepared to do many stairs. We loved it and the stairs were great exercise. I’d definitely come back!"

"This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be...

"This home was a perfect location for my family to attend graduation at Penn. The kitchen has everything thing that we needed. There was plenty of seating for our family of 4 adults. The home is advertised as No Frills which is accurate."
