"Everything went fine"

"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and found a used condom/wrapper behind the bed. I contacted the property and they only refunded $30 parking fee due to the fact I booked through Expedia and not them. I tried contacting Expedia and repeatedly got kicked out of the chat as I tried to resolve this matter. They only were offering $75 in rewards not cash for my inconvenience, and before I could even respond it kicked me off again. I had to wait 5 min in the chat for her to review things, yet the app or representative didn’t allow me 1 minute to respond. Not at all happy with the hotel experience, nor Expedia service or lack there of"

"Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. Please follow up on my refund and call me back"

"Although the fire alarm was triggered by an unruly guest, there was no acknowledgment or accountability by staff. My ears are still ringing two days later. Staff should check the volume of the fire alarm. It was excessively ear piercingly loud, likely louder than code requires. The alarm was pulled 4 times throughout the night, no rest for my traumatized family. "

"I have stayed at this hotel several times due to proximity to the university. You will never know what kind of room you will get at this hotel. Some stays have been decent with comfortable beds and varying sizes of the bathrooms. Our last stay was horrible. The best was terrible with springs actually jabbing my rib. I was sore for 2 days post. They had a portable AC in there which was a big surprise and the water leaked from the bathroom sink. I will avoid this place going forward. "

"Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation"
