"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and found a used condom/wrapper behind the bed. I contacted the property and they only refunded $30 parking fee due to the fact I booked through Expedia and not them. I tried contacting Expedia and repeatedly got kicked out of the chat as I tried to resolve this matter. They only were offering $75 in rewards not cash for my inconvenience, and before I could even respond it kicked me off again. I had to wait 5 min in the chat for her to review things, yet the app or representative didn’t allow me 1 minute to respond. Not at all happy with the hotel experience, nor Expedia service or lack there of"
