"As soon as we walked into the room we saw massive white stains on the top cover and while we were there had a big roach crawl over the tv. The carpet in the room in some areas were sticky. "

"Just be careful about getting a hotel a month in advance when there's a event yoy have to attend, i paid for a suite they gave me a standard, the manager said that they gave for a room that price was the price for today, so obviously they sold my room to someone else, very disappointed, one of the pull out couch was dirty, food was nice really kind cooker, me myself, i will never get a room from this location again, even the room phone wasn't working, just be careful for an advance stay"

"Pros: Good neighborhood, quiet safe area. Interior of home clean and free of any odors. Hot tub was perfect. Neighbor two houses down has chickens and a rooster that gets you up pretty early in the morning.Cons: Propane ran out mid bbq. Swapped out with extra tank to find out that was completely empty too. Had to throw out 80 worth of steaks since couldn’t finish using the grill. Exterior of home very dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. A lot of dead insects on exterior walls especially near front entry area. Cob webs and dead insects on window screens. TV in the living room wouldn’t connect to the Internet.TV in one of the bedrooms had to be restarted multiple times to connect to the Internet each time. Host or cleaning crew (not sure) showed up 20 minutes prior to check out and made us feel rushed to vacate the property since they have a schedule to follow. "

"I did not stay at Super 8. I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed. As I booked through Expedia, obtaining a refund from hotel was almost impossible as it was listed as non-refundable. I informed Expedia the situation about informing the hotel of being unable to take the king and they had not kept my reserved room or a similiar room, it not being my error. I was informed the issue was resolved so I hope to see the refund in my account. "

"We had 2 nights booked, but no way were we going to stay a 2nd night. We wouldn’t take our shoes off and put our t-shirts on our pillows. I throughly checked the bed. I felt like we were in one of those motels that rent by the hour. "
