He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "The staff at this hotel on lovely Seto Sea were super helpful and friendly. The room was huge with great view of sea. The public bath also wonderful with same view. The half board breakfast and dinner a very good value. A great place to stay for visiting Naruto area and temples on Shikoku pilgrimage path. Shuttle to bus and train very handy "

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."
