This was a return visit for us came in 2018 last time so for convenience returned received same room which was nice. Generally everything was good but it would be helpful if staff underwent some further training on customer service. Seems to be a trend if don’t understand or pretend not issue don’t get addressed. Very good hotel for our 3 children love the Pool.

Fantastic, well kept and beautiful hotel. Great facilities and several places to eat. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Everything is cleaned continuously around the hotel and housekeeping is very good. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in

The Marriot is a fantastic property, for couples or family. Great service and very clean. Super friendly staff, my kids loved the kids club and the staff. We will return next year.

Nice property but with a few negatives : - Pretty limited menu for a 5 Star. Not enough options - Restaurants close at 10 pm and last order is at 9.30 pm. Not great for a touristy place like Nusa Dua - Area around the property is also not great

Excellent hotel & staff. Beautiful tropical grounds and easy to walk around Nusa Dua, ride a bike, or get taxis to other parts of Bali. We loved our stay, the only downside is that smoking is unfortunately still allowed on balconies. This means if your sitting by the pool and someone starts smoking, you are breathing in the secondary smoke. There were only a few loungers near the restaurant where the balconies were not facing which was the only place you could be guaranteed smoke-free area by the pool where you were not inhaling other peoples cigarettes. If this could be changed to meet current health guidelines then I would not be able to fault the hotel. We had an excellent stay and staff were so hospitable & great with our kids, nothing was too much trouble.

It was excellent stay for me and family. The room was great with many amenities, e.g. washing machine, kitchen and etc.. All the staffs were very friendly and great hospitality! Highly recommended and I will definitely come back to stay again.

Great resort. Pool was huge and our kids had a lot of fun. Restaurants/cafes are clean and have good food. Service was perfect. Close to a road that has restaurants so didn’t feel so confined in the resort. Apartment was big and beds very comfortable. No complaints about this hotel at all.

Our stay in Marriot
We have stayed in a 1 bedroom with leaving room and kitchen that was very well equipped. We could easily prep meals for our family there. The staff from housemaid, concierge, front desk and restaurant (Momo caffe) we’re supper helpful offering an execelent service all the time. The cleaning was and we have animal figures everyday :).

We found our stay at the Marriott to be absolutely fantastic. The staff were all amazing and friendly, the place was always well maintained and clean. The food was fabulous. The surrounding streets had some great restaurants and shopping as well. Special mention to Emma at the bamboo hut for her great activities with the kids

Family holiday in Nusa Dua
Stay was great - perfect for families, friendly staff, great facilities, good restaurants. I agreed to take part in the “no obligation” Vacation Club Indo presentation and have to say that I felt a little too pressured to sign up “on the spot” to a 36 year timeshare for tens of thousands of dollars. Not going to happen; but a good stay overall.

We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 nights. We're really satisfied with our apartment. It's clean, comfortable, wifi connection is good, location is good and service is good as well. Gym facilities and swimming pool also good. The apartment have washing machine and dryer as well. Our family really enjoyed staying in Marriott Bali Nusa Dua. We will stayed here again if we come to Bali.

Great rooms for a family of four - two separate bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen between. 3 tv’s with wifi connections. Very clean. Superb friendly service staff. Great pools for swimming or playing excellent buffet breakfast. Gym. Bikes to ride (first 5 hours free). Only minutes from beach. Rooms very quite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Awesome resort perfect for families.
We booked the 2 bedroom with Balcony. Wow! This resort is amazing! Everything you could need is in the apartment. The staff were all super friendly and accomodating. Huge pools and nice to have one in shady area by beautiful trees and gardens. The lazy river was fun for the kids and entertained for hours. Lots of activities available to enjoy. This is place we would love to come back to, a nice relaxed atomosphere. Extremely safe and guarded area. The breakfast has so much variety and very nice indeed. The only thing is you need to ask and book in daily housekeeping but still give this place 10 out of 10.

Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. Large, clean rooms. Beautiful and helpful staff. A short walk to the beach. Loved the way we could walk out to the pool. Everything you needed was so close.

One of the best in Bali

A large resort, but beautifully laid out and not overcrowded. Easy access to the adjoining Marriott Courtyard resort for meals, bars and pool. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - lovely and quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Very personable hotel in a great location
well designed rooms with all the amenities in the kitchen & bathrioms. Great staff, pool and site layout. Regular shuttle to a beach 5 mins away. None of the tired bling of the expensive mega chain hotels nearby. Would def stay again.

Marriott gardens resort ( vacation club) everything 100 % on our stay .. Very clean, staff outstanding service. Great activities for adults and children.. great pool and lazy river pool our daughter loved this.. The resort was well designed and all rooms had everything you need.washing machine/dryer, microwave. Home away from home. Could not fault at all. Spectacular staff friendly and very welcoming. Great restaurant and amazing quality of produce great service and great food !! All I can say is will return to the amazing Marriott gardens resort -vacation club !!

Nice new hotel but so-so restaurant
Hotel is new and pleasant. Shuttle to beach is good, though rather inconvenient. We ended up only going to beach once cos of the hassle to take shuttle there. Food in the hotel is so so. Some are delightful while some menu we had to return and cancel due to its less than acceptable quality. Cold ramen was served with overtly thick sauce, soup was luke warm and overtly salty. One day, in courtyard restaurant, all pizza was out of menu due to cheese shortage. Rather disappointing in this aspect. Nevertheless, we had a fun time at the pool with the volleyball net and the water polo goals

We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and our expectations were well and truly exceeded by both the Hotel and Staff. The hotel itself is very modern with great facilities, the pool is incredible and the restaurant was also of high quality. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the amenities in the room were top notch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the Marriott Gardens were incredible, they went over and above to ensure we had the most incredible stay, check in and check out was also very efficient. The location of the hotel was also great, it's within walking distance to the Bali Collection for shops and restaurants and the hotel also provides a free shuttle to their Beach Club. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Nusa Dua.
