Staff friendly and helpful. Food cooked was tasty. Enjoyed our stay, rooms a good size. Toddler loved the pool. Property smaller than thought and that photos indicate. Needs deep clean and maintenance to bring it back to scratch. Clean towels not delivered daily, had to ask and on occasion they were not delivered. Villa 4, 2 nails in dressing room, could easily have been replaced by hooks for aesthetic purposes. Quilt under cover in villa 6 had large brown stains which looked awful, but only seen when guests departed that room. Outdoor showers, and toilets needed more regular and thorough cleans due to building work and burn off debris floating in daily from worksite next door. Pool scooped and chlorine salt thrown in, but sand and ash collecting on bottom of pool as above comment. Upstairs bar, great idea, but cushions were stained and footstools ripped. Grey sofa in villa 3 was stained badly had dirty tissues, used masks and other debris between cushions from previous guests. Key to light switches are would be beneficial as difficult to know where to turn lights on/off. The steps up to villa 3 on right need repair as the surface was damaged and lots of small stones which were falls risk. Drivers car AC not ideal when full, had mechanical issues, back seats did not click in properly, one guest significant bruised toe. Overall the trip was great because of the company but underwhelming for the amount paid. Had function, tasted great but presentation lacking.

Hidden gem off the beaten path
What a fantastic villa. We had: 6 adults, 2children, 1 baby. This lodging is a renovated home with 7 bedrooms. The entrance is a through a pair of wooden doors where you step over the threshold onto steps atop a small koi pond. There is a main "house", a side house with 2 bedrooms and roof top lounge area and a small mother's suite. The main "house" has 4 bedrooms with what would have been the living room converted into a bedroom with two full-sized beds with pull-outs that could sleep 4. However, it's original design was as a living room, so it does not have an en-suite bathroom. Anyone staying in this room use one of the other bathrooms in either adjoining room. This wasn't a problem for us because my wife and I stayed in the adjoining room with a king sized bed and large bathroom and our boys stayed in the "living room." (Note- AC in the king bedroom was kind of weak and may need a recharge.) There was another bedroom to the left, next to the kitchen with another two full-sized beds with pull outs (the room is small and there isn't enough room to utilize the pull outs). This room had an en-suite bathroom, but it was partially open (i.e. access available for mosquitoes). The same for the en-suite bathroom (partially open) attached to the bedroom on the opposite side of the main house. The side house is across the way from the pool and has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a room tucked away at the back of the property which does not have a view of the pool (every other has a view of the pool) and only has two small windows looking out over the back wall surrounding the compound. However, the room stays very cool. The room in the front of the side house has a king bed and a full-enclosed bathroom fronting the pool. Behind this bedroom are stairs to the rooftop lounge. It was a very nice lounging area with benches, bar and refrigerator. We ate dinner one night upstairs when we had the chef make us dinner (local specialties), however, we were not able to finish dinner due to the swarm of mosquitoes . Mother's suite was small with a king sized bed and bathroom. One of the cons with this place was that the phone number listed is the owner's phone who does not live in country and if you're trying to find the place (it's difficult- hence "off-the beaten path"), it may be difficult to get accurate directions. We had great breakfast every day with Western or local fare. Staff was ver attentive.

Hi Cephas, thank you for staying at my 7 bedroom Georgina Estate and for taking the time to leave your feedback with such a great review, it’s very much appreciated. This estate is very popular with guests due to being just steps away from the white sandy beaches of Nusa Dua and amazing value for money given all the rate inclusions. I’ve serviced the AC unit and it is now working great. In the upper level dining terrace, I’ve never had an issue of mosquitos previously, we do use insect repellant sprays and coils around the villa. My phone number is a local Bali number and I also supply all guests before arrival with the local mobile phone numbers for my 2 managers so I’m very surprised by this comment and it is very unfair. I also supply the address which is on google maps too. There is a large sign directly outside the front door which is very easy to see with the villa name and therefore it is easy to find. My drivers will also collect guests from the airport and drive them to the villa estate so there is no problem with arriving to the villa. I’m so happy that you and your family group really enjoyed the villa and all that it has to offer, thanks once again for leaving the review. Best wishes, Craig
