"Perfect structure. Room with every comfort. Excellent service and staff. The only "negative" note is the external noise that can be heard from inside the room. "
"Slightly off the tourist track but plenty of places nearby to eat and buy essentials. Accomodation was compact but very clean and functional. Room 102 had a sewage smell. Not sure if it was coming from the bathroom drain or venting into the room from the passageway outside 🤔 "

"Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul. "
"Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back!
Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!"
