Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. "The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. El propietario muy desagradable, me gritó, me insultó y nos dejó en la calle en pleno mes de agosto y festivo y no encontramos nada para dormir. "We are two couples who stayed at the house for a week in early November 2025. This is a beautiful and clean house, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and common areas. The house is easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants and the beach is a short car ride away. It was very handy to have a washing machine available. Some things that would be very useful to include: an extra set of personal towels, beach towels and adequate toilet paper supplies. We had 3 rolls of TP for 4 people for 7 days and ended up buying more. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay here again. "
