"My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened. The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and...

"Although it reads well in the advertising this property is poorly maintained and many thi gs simply don't work. The rangehood doesnt work at all and it was extremely greasy and dirty. The kitchen drawers were jammed shut due to swelling arising from water ingress. The microwave could not be operated due to broken controls. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the wall heater doesnt work at all. The curtain rail had come adrift at one end and no attempt had been made to repair it. The TV proved impossible to operate and the set top box continually defaulted to re-set. On the brighter side the wood heater worked well.Unfortunately, the multiple issues with this property forced us to curtail our stay after the first night to seek alternative accommodation.I would not recommend this property. "
