Will stay again

Pros- Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. Cons- The rug in my room was stained and the mattress was very hard. The bathtub was very short (knees to chest) but it was deep. Not the most comfortable for someone 6’1” (185cm) but it was nice to soak my legs in it.

The service was great and the staff were very helpful and nice. We arrived a few hours early to Numazu and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time. Lots of clean towels and bathrobes were provided each day. They also provided toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc. The hotel room has its own private washroom which is good, but washroom space was a little small. We found 2 small bugs in our room (1 dead roach and 1 small spider) but it was not much of a problem. The hotel had a room of washing machines and dryers, which is convenient for doing laundry. Overall it was a nice stay as a group of 3.

Good value for the price, room was clean, staff were nice but the elevator needs a good clean. The air conditioning should be turned on in the lobby, it was like a furnace in the reception when we arrived but the hallways and rooms were nice and cool. Lots of parking….

Pathetic hotel. The floor carpets were dirty, rooms were stinky. Please don’t go by the photos for this hotel. The hotel was bad in bad condition right from the elevator.

My expectations for such an economical hotel wasn't high, and to be honest the breakfast was quite nice too, but the room has mold encastrated in its gyprock wall and a light oder when entering the room. Everything else was fine, honestly.

We got 2 rooms for our family for 1 nite. We got there 1 am, and the front desk did have someone 24 hrs a day to check you in. The rooms are old and small, but that is fine. First floor is okay, 5th floor is supposed to be non-smoking floor, but my room was very smelly. Strong nicotine smell. I got the second hand smoking from inhaling the nicotine, and could not sleep much.

I haven’t ever seen that’s type of dirty & unclean hotel or hotel room . What a terrible . Me & my wife are feeling very sick after stay 1 night . Too much dirt , very bad smell , very unclean room , wall & carpet . Flying too much dust from carpet , terrible bad smell , very unclean wall . I can’t believe that this type of hotel have in japan !! Unbelievable. Hotel management need to punishment for this type of hotel providing by take money from visitors

建物は少し古いですが掃除はされているように感じました。お味噌汁やカレー、アメニティもきちんとあり、思ったよりサービスが良かったと思います。スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。
