Be aware
We did not realize that this property was under construction . Very dusty and dirty on property . One day no water for 10 hours during the day the next day no water for 5 hours. Another day no electricity .
Main floor pool was being retiled so very dusty . Tried to use rooftop pools instead with our Grandchildren age 8 and 1 1/2 and were told by security that we couldn’t be upstairs with kids . There was 1 other couple on the rooftop and us . Most is the time we went up to roof no one was using it !
One day a sheet of glass fell from the roof to the ground outside our balcony and shattered . Thank God no one was injured .

Beautiful Condo and Building
We had a fantastic stay at the Maritima property. The suite was clean, beautifully appointed and fully functional. Our owner/host Sergio met us personally and was very responsive to our needs. The pools and gym were beautiful and clean. The only thing that I could mention as a negative is that parts of building are still under construction and it was a bit noisy sometimes. Very safe area, private beach and groceries a 5 minute cab ride away. The pictures are true likeness as shown on VRBO site.
