I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Everything was great! We loved all the amenities such as free ice cream, Yakult, laundry and more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The eight private onsen were also all amazing although at time there was a long wait for them. "
