Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. "Isabela and the rest of the staff were all great. They recommended the affiliated restaurant (Irma) located right in front of them - and that was really good as well (big thanks to Emma). The place is in what I consider a really great location at one end of Lake Annecy with a fantastic view across the length of the lake. A bicycle rental shop 2 minutes away is a GREAT way to get around the lake to Old Annecy with clear bicycle paths along huge stretches of the lake. My son a d I really loved...
