The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. "Everything at san Carlo was perfect- couldn’t’ have asked for a more pleasant stay and we’ve been to many short term stays in about 40 countries. Breakfast was full and varied to suit all tastes and absolutely tasty. The suites are large and inviting. No linens were fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. Want to linger there is a cafe next to the entrance but not a sound penetratked the suite. All in all marvellous."

"Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"The B&B is well-located, and the host Corrado is a lovely fellow - picked us up from the station, and helped us sort out some travel issues. But the place is very plain and very small, and clearly COVID has wrought some reductions in service - the breakfast comprised a coffee, a juice and a croissant. For the cost of a night's stay, it does not seem great value."
