Great location. On the Main Street of all of the shops, sites, restaurants. The property was in excellent condition. The room had an open concept bathroom with no door, we did not like that there was no privacy but everything else was excellent.

I loved this hotel. It’s right next to the gate into the historic section of Noto. It’s either brand new or recently remodeled. Everything is up to date. There’s an elevator and a rooftop terrace. I stayed three nights. Breakfast is made to order. I left a bag at a restaurant and a hotel staff member went and got it for me! I would absolutely stay again.

This was a true boutique hotel right on the main strip in Noto. The small number of rooms meant that we felt really well looked-after. Both Fabio and Antonio and their team were wonderful, attentive and incredibly helpful. Special mention to Antonio for giving us 5* recommendations for dinner, often booking us a table himself! The room was a spectacular open-plan duplex with an electric sauna and jacuzzi! The shower was good and there were two WCs. It was well-stocked, very comfortable with excellent pillows. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. We had lovely Sicilian breakfasts every day, and to minimise waste they actually took our breakfast orders the preceding afternoon. We were able to eat breakfast on the roof terrace, watching the sun rise over the Porta Reale: perfect. Overall the hotel was stylish and adorned with art including in the room. The only thing to point out is that parking - as is the case all over Noto - was not actually free but in a car park 100m away. This cost €18 a day, but we costed this into our overall stay and even then I would say it was a good price. Noto is also a gorgeous town with stunning Baroque architecture everywhere you look, and no shortage of quality restaurants.

The location was good, just beside the city gate with a good view through the window of all the visiting tour parties. The main sites were within walking distance as were many restaurants, bars, the market and bus station. The breakfast has to be ordered in advance and is somewhat limited. There is no facility in the room for making hot drinks. The only public area is the small breakfast room and also there is a seating area on the roof but this is very hot during the day. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There is some noise both internal and external as the hotel is situated above restaurants and a bar.

If you arrived in advance even if room is ready they will charge you 30 Euro. do not asked after breakfast for a glass of water they will answer you to buy one from the frig inside your room or at the bar downstairs

Stort og fint rom midt i sentrum. Bra beliggenhet, og fin takterasse. Reagerer litt på at resepsjonen ikke var tilgjengelig etter kl21, heller ikke på telefon. Dersom man mister det ene nøkkelkortet man fikk tildelt har man ingen mulighet til å komme seg inn. Dette skjedde ikke med oss, men vi ringte med et teknisk spørsmål som vi ikke fikk svar på etter kl21. Ellers hadde vi en erfaring med at vi kom tilbake til rommet på ettermiddagen, og at det sto et nøkkelkort i døren inn til rommet. Vi hadde med vårt eget nøkkelkort og skjønte ikke hvem som hadde vært på rommet vårt da vi hadde sagt at vi ikke ville ha vask på rommet den dagen. Vi spurte i resepsjonen som sa at det hadde vært noen på rommet for å fikse elektronikk. Dette uten at vi hadde fått informasjon om dette og veldig ubehagelig at nøkkelkortet til rommet hadde blitt stående i døren slik at hvem som helst kunne komme seg inn. Absolutt veldig fin beliggenhet og fine rom, men synes ikke prisen og den forventede standarden gjenspeiles i personalet og servicen, ut ifra opplevelsene våre.
