Nice cottage. Security light outside front door needs attention— not working for the hole of our holiday, very dark location so really needed this light !!! Settees need replacing, cushions were very low and not comfortable..

Heather cottage was clean a few points.
Heather cottage was clean a few points.. 3 piece in lounge needs replacing.. did smell of dogs.. heating was amazing.. couldn’t walk our small dog no footpath..
I fell down the top flight of stairs and badly bruised myself was in great pain all week .. I slipped on the brass carpet plate on the top of the landing..it needs to be removed..
I wouldn’t recommend the cottage with the stair treads being small to a elderly couple..
Tv didn’t work and no internet found that very annoying..
if these points can be changed it would be fabulous!!
Nice welcome pack of biscuits tho..
And really lovely to see so many sheep in the fields!!
Please make sure you look at the front door had problems locking it.
I look forward from hearing back from you regarding my review..

Our stay was very pleasant, location was perfect for us! The enclosed garden was great for the child
Our stay was very pleasant, location was perfect for us! The enclosed garden was great for the children and the views were lovely! On a busy main road however once the windows were shut the noise was very minimal. Also a big driveway which was a plus. The neighbour was very friendly and happy to recommend near by places. Only negative was that the cottage is obviously dog friendly (partly my fault for not noticing pets welcome om booking) there was a lot of dog hair both upstairs and downstairs.
Overall we have enjoyed our stay and loved norfolk!

Both sofas far two low and hard to get out of even for younger members.
Both sofas far two low and hard to get out of even for younger members. Uncomfortable twin bed near window - springs could be felt. Other than that a nice cottage with a good enclosed garden safe for kids and dogs. Quite a dangerous exit to get on to a busy road though.

Absolute superb place to stay, comfortable, clean and great place if you have dogs
The only reason we have dropped the location to 4 instead of 5 stars is the exit onto the very busy road. Apart from that the property fulfilled all the requirements two young at heart couples and a lurcher dog could have wanted with the local village also having all the essential requirements. Pub, Fish and chip shop (excellent), garden shop and service station with fuel and attached grocery store.

Nice, cosy, spacious cottage situated on busy road with sharp turning in and out.
Nice, cosy, spacious cottage situated on busy road with sharp turning in and out. Ample parking large gravel drive with turning room. Welcome pack provided, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk. Very nice, helpful owner when phoned prior to trip re: towels; are provided. Good size, reasonably secure garden for dogs; didn't need to use gdn kennels as dogs never left unattended. Front door (don't have to use it) could do with bolt on inside for overnight. Wifi good and reliable. Struggled with hot water for bath whereas central heating good. Highly recommend beach walk with dogs West Runton to Cromer and back. Good Indian takeaway in North Walsham. We much enjoyed the stay here.
