"This place is wonderful for a family gathering away from all of the craziness and it has everything you will need in preparing dinners and such. I will state that the playground and beach area should not be listed as the playset is old, not safe to use, and there really is no beach area. "I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!"

"This property was lovely and such a fantastic view on the lake. We loved sitting on the huge back porch and watching the wildlife and sunsets. The home was well appointed with plenty of seating and kitchenware. The outdoor equipment (kayaks, fishing poles, etc) was a great bonus that we enjoyed. Very convenient location to Madisonville and close to enough to branch out to the state parks and sightsee. We will definitely stay again when we need to visit family in the area or as a halfway stops...
