"The staff was as helpful as could be but seemed understaffed. The pillows were comfortable but the room itself was not up to par. The carpets had large tare’s and could use a vacuum. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the tile around the toilet was broken. The worst part is we found several roaches in our room and overheard other guest saying they found some as well."

They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware."
