"The sink in the bathroom was really high and set really far back making it difficult for someone with limited mobility to reach. The toilet, however, was really low, as if it was made for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom just didn't make sense."

"The room itself was clean. Had a microwave and a refrigerator. Check-in was a little hectic because they had my dates wrong and their computer system. They did eventually fix it and I was able to check in maybe after about 15 to 20 minutes when the manager or senior staff came to help. The pictures showed a dining room for breakfast with a full continental breakfast. However, in the morning, I was surprised to only see honey buns, a carafe of coffee, a container of orange juice and a banana… so...
