"I want to preface this review by saying the hotel was GREAT however, the lady in the front was horrible. Her name was Charity I believe. I checked in late due to our flight pilot not showing up and us being delayed for a long time. I arrived at the hotel late at night and she started giving me attitude and saying she no empathy for us and kept berating us. That is no way to treat travelers who are tired from travel and trying to check in to get some rest. She needs to be reprimanded. Everyone else was great that was at the front desk. Other than that experience, the hotel was great! "

"Overall I give the hotel a 3 star rating. The elevator is too slow for as many guests that come through the lobby. The rooms are outdated to me and walls are a bit thin. No ventilation in the bathroom and the pillows were way too firm for our liking. Breakfast was great and staff polite. Check in took 20 minutes waiting in line behind other guests."
