Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"Our stay at the Splendid Hotel was incredible, thanks to the staff and the absolutely delicious breakfast each morning. Lily taught us some Vietnamese phrases that we have used. The local restaurant recommendations were phenomenal and led us to some of the best food of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for amazing food and truly personalized hospitality!"

"The staff were amazing. They were all friendly and helpful and got out of their way to make sure that we had a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Very good breakfast that varied a little from one the day to the next making sure that it would not become boring. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and informative about the ingredients in each dish to help us with our dietary restrictions. The spa and the treatments were also good but maybe sound proofing the treatment rooms could improve the experience. This is a very minor issue though. Overall10/10. "

"An excellent hotel in Hanoi - the staff were the friendliest we have met in Vietnam (which is a very friendly country!) They went out of their way to help us and give us recommendations. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and delicious welcoming drinks. We would love to come back. "

"Staff from receptionist and bellboy to cleaner ... are very helpful and friendly. The room is great for its value. Restaurant on 2 floor has great view. Receptionist is very observant, not only she helped me make reservation at testing center for my travel, she also helped me call grab. Highly recommended!"

"The highlight of our stay is Le Club Bar.Let’s start with the afternoon tea. Mr. Thach took excellent care of us. He was incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional. After the perfect afternoon tea, we could hardly wait to come back for evening cocktails. At the evening cocktail hour, we met the lovely Ngoc and the charming Tuan. They were so warm and approachable that we felt like we were with old friends we’d known for years, while remaining impeccably professional at the same time. Ngoc noticed every little need we had and never let our glasses stay empty. The cocktails Tuan made were absolutely stunning. We especially loved how he ingeniously incorporated Vietnamese flavors into the recipes.Together with Mr Thach, they gave us the happiest happy hour. The experience was so wonderful that we simply must return here in the evening for a nightcap or two. The three of them once again made us feel as though we were being looked after in a friend’s home."
