A big thank you to Umar at the front desk—very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our visit. He was always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm and professional attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Whether it was helping us with directions, suggesting local spots, or assisting with any requests, Umar went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Highly recommend for a family trip!"

"We really enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was a really pretty outdoor area to enjoy as well. It was walking distance to a starbucks and beaver tails on the water front. "

"This is a great value stay. The rooms are clean, staff are efficient and the breakfast is better than average for a value hotel. The TV is a little old (non HD) and there was a fairly strong perfume smell that i think was a little too strong at first but i got used to it. Overall really good value for the money. This is the downtown area and i get the reviews that said things were stolen from their car in the parking lot.... but you leave visible bags or valuables in your car and they'll get stolen anywhere."

"It's in the centre of Sudbury but away from the poorer area. It's a little awkward to walk around because you have to cross a very busy road, but once I figured it out, I had my running route planned."
