The rooms were clean and didn't have carpeting, which was nice. The pool could be better maintained. It was difficult to reach the hotel directly with automated services and call centers. Once we got through to the actual hotel the staff there was friendly and very helpful.

Staff was excellent, friendly, courteous etc. but public washrooms were quite dirty as I had use the female washroom upon check in. I let front desk know the ladies washroom needs some attention/cleaning.
