"This was my 2nd time staying here and I was even more impressed than the first time. The room was great, I love the personal touch with the tv showing "welcome and my name". I had a soar throat and took advantage all day night of the free hot beverages station with honey. The churro waffles were fantastic. Thank you so much to Mel who works nughts she was so sweet, amazing and helpful. I had many interactions with her and she fantastic every time. Suzette I met this morning and she was also great too. I will continue to stay here any time I come to Reno. Thank you all even the housekeepers and maintenance people and everyone else behind the scenes too. I hope you have a happy holidays. "

"The host was very welcoming. Amenities were ok. Yard was not clean. Cupboard dishes were dirty. There was not enough cooking and eating utensils and pots and pans. There were no board games in the house for a fun family evening. The beds in all five bedrooms were has hard as a rock. No one slept very good."
