The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the rooms are always spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"From the airport we were not offered an airport shuttle so we ended up paying $450 pesos for a taxi to take us. But we did take the airport shuttle to the airport the next day. The hotel is a little on the run down side. Our drawers were all banged up and a lot of things were scratched up. "

"The location is central to Monterrey & on main blvd, pretty straight forward as noted on the map of city. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The wifi was not the best. I could not stay connected on video calls for work - very frustrating. The hotel food service was a bit over priced in my opinion. I did find a few options within walking distance. A 5 mins walk down the blvd and I found a large outdoor fruit stand that made smooothies, a Starbucks & VIPs another block down. Opposite direction, right around the corner, a cafe Madcoffee & big work out gym & pharmacy. I would stay here again but not for a work related needs. Wifi was only downer."
