Los Cedros is a top hotel in this area. The staff was incredibly courteous, the facilities were very new, and the complimentary breakfast was well worth it, featuring typical Northern Mexican food, as well as some North American items.

It’s a great property to stay in. The staff is very friendly. The receptionist are super friendly and professional Alexandra and Gabriela. I was treated very well. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Casas Grandes it is the best Hotel in Casas Grandes.

The place was nice and family friendly staff etc, the issued I have was I reserved for two adults and two children age 9&10, when I got there it said two adults I had to pay extra, and their was a strong smell of smoke we didn’t enjoy the pool because of the strong smoke smell we didn’t call the hotel to complain because it was already in a lot of rooms. Alot of the visitors had to go out of their rooms.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious with a lot of variety! We felt very safe and enjoyed the layout of the hotel. Several families stayed there for a family reunion, and it was perfect. If a pool is important to you just be aware of that it is very small.

The all staff and the receptionists Alexandra and Gabriela are very friendly and profesional and they represent the Hotel Very Well. I recommend this property to anyone Traveling to Nuevo casas Grandes.. All the property is very and and maintained. I will continue to stay here when I travel back.

Amazing hotel! Property is well maintained and room was super clean and spacious. Friendly staff since we arrived for check in. The included breakfast was just perfect as we didnt have to go out early looking for a place to eat. Overall, excellent, highly recommended!!!
