The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs! My husband couldn’t stop admiring how good everything was despite being a last minute trip. Beach was 1 minute walk away which was a plus! Amazing beach waters!

Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.

Water pressure in the room would randomly go up or down. There were crumbs on the floor next to the sliding door. The staff was very nice and even had a refrigerator for my mother's medication.

Over all for the price it was great. You can hit the beach with a rock from the hotel. The menu at the restaurant was great and everyone spoke English enough to communicate everything. Would definitely recommend if you aren't sure where to stay and didn't want to pay a big price to come down and scope things out. Everything is about a mile from the hotel. Since it's part of Playa Bonita we were able to go eat at the resort next to the hotel. Not sure if you're supposed to do this but no one stopped us 😅

The room was decently clean but the pillows had a sweaty smell. The tv’s remote control was not operational but I did not care much about it because I was there for the ocean experience. I know that if I had mentioned the above issues to the front desk staff, the will have taken care of it. The staff is very friendly, maintaining the high standards of hospitality that Mexicans are well known for. The beach was at a walking distance which for me, was the best part of the stay. Additionally, the hotel is not far from downtown, so thats another convenience if you feel hungry or if you like to have an stroll in downtown.

If this is your first time going to puerto peñasco then this place is great for overnight & budget stay. There is free breakfast ! Chilaquiles , refried beans. Yogurt granola & coldd cereal . Its not a wide selection but for frree I'm pleased. Location is pretty secure & beach is just across the street !!! I stayed in 310 There are np elevators . 3 floors the room was nothing like the pictures ! False advertising ! very outdated beds were rough but if you're tired you just fall asleep. The staff I only saw 1-2 people .

the room was clean but the balcony door was not working properly. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was good but the restaurant food was excellent. The pool was cold but the hot tub was fine. We were able to walk across the street to the beach which was very nice. There was a live band playing each night. we had a very pleasant and relaxing time. The location and the price was good.
