"There was a mold in our room due to a leaking fridge which we notified the staff about. The shower took forever to get hot and then it was scalding. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Nice big free parking lot and gorgeous views and walking trails behind the hotel. Be aware that a freight train comes through in the middle of the night blowing a very loud whistle!! John Deere museum is across the street and many delicious restaurants within walking distance. People were very friendly!"

"We were the first guests in the room after it was newly renovated. The front door did not fit properly and was hard to open and close. No place in the shower to set soap or shampoo. After loading my vehicle in the morning, I wanted to shower, but housekeeping was already half thru cleaning the room, even though I told the man 3 times that I was not checked out. I think the main problem was the staff’s lack of command of the English language . Breakfast was less than basic. Parking, location, convenience, and cleanliness were good. Lots of options for nearby restaurants"
