"Our best stay in Iceland in this hotel ; very friendly staff; excellent breakfast ; hot tub . We had a very relaxing stay ; highly recommend this place "
"This was the cutest, most charming guesthouse! I could tell it had been recently remodeled and it’s decorated so beautifully! The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect and centralized, it was walking distance to everything we did. Would absolutely stay again and 100% recommend! "

Appreciate a view of the impressive horseshoe shape of the Waterfall of the Gods and go hiking alongside the foamy rapids of the Skjálfandafljót River.

"This was the most luxurious place we stayed at in Iceland. The property is immaculate. The stunning views of the harbor and even an old sail boat in front of the hotel. There is a hot tub to use with comfy white bath robes. A beautiful hotel bar and dining room. The breakfast was amazing (and included) with a huge selection of elaborate choices. We had a huge picture window in our room overlooking the harbor with a seating area to rest. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets so soft, I wanted to buy them. There was even a fire place and a reading room. Get there early to enjoy your stay, and get a good parking spot (as it's limited)."
"Literally a college dorm that is used as a hotel when students are out for summer. Shares parking with the botanical gardens. They are free and worth a visit."
"Very good location. Very comfortable room with view over the lake. The breakfast spread was the best during our trip and the view from the restaurant was divine. "
