Wonderful hotel in the most gorgeous setting, five star in all respects.

Beautiful view and immaculately clean, it was a real treat to stay the night.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. Professional staff. Very expensive but could see the where the extra cost goes to.

We were so looking forward to this accomodation with the view straight to the ocean, and a hope for some Northern Lights, but our day's plans were changed due to weather and we didn't arrive until 9pm on a wet and crazy windy evening. It was such a cozy space to warm up in, and we were happy to arrive finally. The kitchenette was handy, the water was hot, and beds comfortable.

Lovely cottage. We had thought that it was one of the raw timber cottages displayed on the pictures but it is not. Still lovely but the bedroom is extremely small. And the spa pool is also very small. But for the price we paid it was good value (for over priced Iceland )

This was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay, in a glorious quiet location.

Staff was prompt on queries. Full kitchen facilities are provided and helped so much.

The apartment was very nice with mountain views and the kitchen had everything that we needed, everything well marked with cooking oil, sugar, salt, spices coffee etc. The ad mentioned a full size fridge/freezer, there was only a small fridge, which was large enough for our needs for one night. It also mentioned toiletries but there was no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, the host probably forgot. Very well decorated and presented studio, I would stay again if I visited this area again.

This room was amazing in every way possible the toilet and shower where pristine and perfect it was clean and comfortable the beds where soft and white(no stains or anything) we met the owner when going back to the apartment and she was nice and bubbly and she made sure we were loving our stay and that we were happy with everything. Rooms were a little dated but much larger than expected. Great view from across the road of the lake area. Water in the area does smell strongly of sulfur, but staff were happy to provide jugs of filtered water for drinking. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, would definately recommened this hotel.

We stayed in the Litla Brekka, cute little cottage. Was beautifully decorated with amazing views. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very hospitable. The Breakfast provided was amazing! Thanks to Hildur and Siggi for a lovely stay.
