"The room was clean. The service was excellent. Our room was a little cold. We called guests service and a technician was sent to our room within minutes. We were offered a portable heater and that took care of the problem. "

"The hotel itself seems a little older but it has updated their rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Nice strong shower. And everything was very clean. The main issue I had was the front desk. The line was a bit long, which I get, it was after 3 and check in time, I didn’t mind waiting. Maybe the front desk personal was just having a long day but she did not seem like she wanted to be there. Not saying she had to be overly friendly, but maybe something more than just a few words and going through the motions. Or smile would have been nice. "
