Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

"Spacious, clean room. Staff was super accommodating to my requests. Hot, fresh Breakfast included everything a person should want; biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, eggs with spinach, fresh, good fruit strawberries, pineapples, cantaloupe, watermelon, bananas, oranges, carbs with jellys, syrups, etc. Bar wasn't open early in evening but was supposed to have been. Currently outside of building under minor construction but wasn't problem. I'd definitely stay here again if rates stayed as I had."

"All the staff (especially Steven and Skyler) we talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. They made suggestions and shared some favorites in the area. The room, pool, hot tub and gathering areas were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! The dog dishes of water placed about the property was nice to see even though we did not have our fur babies with us."

"Charming, fun hotel experience that inspires. Good choice for a special couple getaway or anniversary celebration. On-site restaurant has the whole menu made of ingredients provided by 5-6 local farms. One of us said they had the best hummus of their life at that restaurant (made with beans). It’s a few steps away from downtown Bentonville. Super convenient. There are beautiful flowerbeds in front of the hotel. Parking is plentiful, convenient, and free. There are green penguin statues that “live” around the hotel. Guests constantly move them in funny and creative ways to new spots."

"The room was not prepared for our arrival, and the staff was not friendly nor apologetic. We had to wait after a long day’s drive, and felt like an imposition on the staff. The room was large and comfortable. All the amenities worked well except for the one tiny ice tray. Seriously, the ice cubes were the size of marbles. Totally useless, and no ice vending machine."

"I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Room was a very nice size, the jacuzzi style tub was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the first morning and it was good. The lady looking after things was very pleasant and she kept it well stocked. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend it."
