"We will probably stay here again and it is really a 4.5 star the only reason it isn’t a 5 is because when we initially checked in we had issues with our refrigerator and I had to follow up to get it taken care of twice - The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The lobby area is cool with small little living room areas for groups who want to hang out. Very family friendly"

"Property needs to be updated. Had several “workers” hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and playing music. Next morning there were empty cans littering the area. The bedside light only partially worked. Had to unplug it to turn it off. The tv remote had buttons that did not work at all. I guess you get what you pay for."

"Excellent experience! Loved all the extra amenities in our room and in the lobby. The outdoor tiki bar area was amazing! We had drinks at the bar and they were great! Walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back!"

"We frequent NWA many times a year for kids swim meets and it also being my wife’s Alma mater. The Graduate Hotel is up there as one of our favorites. It’s very close to campus and also walking distance to many boutiques and restaurants to frequent during the downtime. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decorated with University themed items and memorabilia which is very cool. We will be back!!"
