"Excellent stay . Helpful staff . Great location near the ski buses "

"⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. "No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!"

Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Excellent !!"

"Séjour familial dans cet hôtel que nous connaissons bien. Propre, central, pratique et accueillant. Parfait pour nous."

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"Apparemment très sale, j’ai fait le ménage moi-même le premier jour, entreprise de ménage pas sérieux."
