"Big crack in our room window, huge scratches on the mirror in the bathroom and the soap in the bathroom had been already used and repackaged in a box that had very obviously been opened before - gross!"

"Super clean rooms!! Love the kitchenette. Staff is lovely. Kids next door to us were loud but staff managed to take care of it for us. I do not recommend this hotel if you want quiet before 9pm because there are lots of children who stay for the pool/slide. "
