It took hours for the room to cool down. The thermostat must have been 50 years old. It would take us a few minutes of trying the keys to open the door every time. "

"EVERYTHING about this stay was wonderful from being greeted by the nicest person ever, who gave us an upgrade as I had asked to be ground floor by an exit. He quickly accommodated my request and the room was more spacious and was beautiful. After we checked in we went to get coffee creamer and were given exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a big variety of items that were all fresh and tasty. Was a nice stay"
