At Clarion we enjoyed good service at check-in, a very nice spacy, spotlessly clean room. The motel is right on the beach which was really nice, and walking distance to anything you'd need on vacation. We highly recommend this motel.

Front desk staff was terrific. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was cramped. You had to fully enter the bathroom before you could close the door. The toilet was next to the door. There were no hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The sink was not in the same area. Room was large, but located in a strange area of the hotel and was next to the road.

Rooms were clean, but outdated. Customer service was great, friendly staff. Breakfast included is a huge plus! Pool area is run-down. Workout room is pathetic….lots of broken equipment, no weights, broken water cooler, and carpeted! Beach and sidewalks full of goose poop, broken beach chairs, just not a well maintained beach area.

Staff in the office were pleasant and helpful. Nice beach for guests. Air conditioning worked great. Room size was good but everything needs updating. 3 floors with no elevator. Stain on linens(bedding/towels). Wall lamp with no plug- just the wires hanging at the end. Dirty towel still behind bathroom door. Could list more but you get the idea.

We reserved water view, but had to pay for an upgrade at the hotel to get it. The mirror was off and leaning against the wall. The patio screen door was off. I had to put it back on. The window screen was torn. The view was great. The staff was nice.

The room was clean but the furniture was outdated, oversized and crowded. The outside of the building was ran down and in desperate need of cleaning. The beach was sad and littered with trash. The location was good and breakfast was better than most with eggs, pancakes and ham.

The view was remarkable! Breakfast was great. The only negative comment would be that the place needs a little tlc. Our balcony screen door had a broken screen. Our lamps were missing lightbulbs and the outlets don't hold a plug (in some).
