"The arcade needs work a lot of the machines need update or fixed. The kids area on the ropes had a hole in it so my daughter got he goot stuck, the safety mates where coming up the hot tub on the outside was dirty and the jets barely worked are hair dryer in the room did not work I was told to come to the front desk if I wanted anything tows or shampoo, phone was unplugged for some reason, upstairs above are room was loud."

"I ended up moving to this hotel from another location in Green Bay that was horrendous. It was such a relief to end up at the casino hotel! It was cleaned well maintained the staff was friendly. The meals were economical and good food. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again on my return to Green Bay"

"It’s a little run down, rooms are clean but pool area could use a good deep clean. Maybe just a makeover in general. I have high expectations for a Hyatt and I was left a little underwhelmed"

"Pool and hot tub were super clean! Bed was comfortable too. I would pass on breakfast as it was not the greatest (think standard buffet but costs $15). Had a great time at Greene’s Pour House nearby, food there was delicious 😁"
