House was very beautiful and comfortable and just had great vibes! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk at all hours of the day or night and feel safe. Easy drive to mall and to downtown. Owner even had it decorated for the current holiday which was fabulous. "Amazing views of the Ohio River and unique design with a lot of character. It was the perfect amount of communal space and privacy for our family of four.Only negatives were some deferred maintenance (leaking fridge, missing remotes, dirty air filter and some outdoor lights out)"

"I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"very clean and comfortable! We stayed here on our way to Pigeon Forge Tenn. We have a four month old and long car rides were too much. The place was perfect for all of us to stretch. We would have had to rent 3 motel rooms to accommodate our family and this was the price of one."
