Welcome to your quaint escape. The guesthouse has a comfy queen bed, seating area with table and sofa, kitchenette, and an urban getaway's coveted feature-- private parking! Alfresco is perfect for solo travelers or couples who want a simple and relaxed stay while exploring the city.
Guest Access:
The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind.
The access code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.
The Neighborhood:
The Highlands is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Louisville, and for good reason: it has amazing food, a hip atmosphere, and is the perfect place to find out why “Keep Louisville Weird” is one of the city’s slogans! If you want to go barhopping, visit Cherokee Park, admire street art, or stroll along streets lined with eclectic shops, this is the spot.

The private parking area is in the alley behind the house, between Alfresco Pl and Richmond Dr. Park in the driveway adjacent to the garage.

We offer free private parking in the driveway off the alley behind the house. This stay is located above a residential garage and stairs are required to access.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.

Couldn’t have been located better! We were able to walk to dinner twice and see one of the most eclectic parts of Louisville by being on Bardstown Rd, all while having a quiet stay.
The room had everything we needed and was easy to get in and out of!
Very quiet and clean. Nona be to enjoy beautiful weather as the yard is not shared. Garage door opening under you is really loud so there is no sleeping in cone 8:00 am. Did cross paths with owner and she was very kind . Accommodated my hurricane stay extension and thankful for that

Small loft above a garage. Seemed to be a nice neighborhood until I woke up in the morning and found my car was stolen. Message property manager about information for police but no cameras in the alley you have to park in
