"The property was excellent for our purposes, my 2 yr old grandson was especially pleased with the toys and the trampoline, everything kept him very busy and happy. We were able to have family over to visit us and had lots of room. We were very impressed with how much room there was. It was pleasant overall and mostly what is needed to use but the write up is missing that the neighborhood is new and under construction still.
