"The property was clean and spacious, in a quiet area yet just around the corner from local shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. You could walk to the Italian gardens and seafront easily within 10 minutes, and also accross the blue bridge into town in a similar time. The parking was great, with the scratch card 2 day parking cards very easy to do."

"Stayed here twice now and can’t fault anything. Has to be one of the best places to stay in Scarborough. The location is perfect with the benefit of free parking. The apartment has everything you need and is of a very high standard. Communication from the hosts is excellent."

"Property clean on arrival.Good location and excellent having a parking space as roads were busy .Pretty town and stunning beaches ..just lots of hills"

"The hall and stairwell - on your approach to the apartment smells awful - this really needs addressing. We couldn’t identify the smell, but it really hits you when you walk in.The flat is in a great location, just off Cold Bath Road, which has numerous restaurants and pubs, and is a very easy walk into Harrogate. Parking is a challenge! We were able to find a space eventually, but it’s a bit hit and miss at times. The apartment was clean, but very tired looking, it needs some TLC. It was well...

"Great stay and a lovely location."

"Parking was easy and secure. Location is excellent for walking about Harrogate. "

"Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small."

"Wonderful property for family's. Spacious rooms and stunning views!"
