"The room had a strong cleaning scent that was hard to air out. The outdoor spaces were cute even though they were right on the roadway. It was quite walkable, and loved crossing the street to go down the stairs and right to the lake!"
"The layout of the room is bedroom, door, bathroom, door, living room. This was an amazing layout for traveling with 2 young kiddos! We also loved the pool and spa, and were so thankful for the early morning and late night hrs ♡ The grounds are under construction so it looks a bit wonky, but its kept clean and organized. The hotel was so clean and comfortable, with a great small kirchen. The proximity to Palisades Village and the Shirley Canyon hike is perfect- we never used our car the whole trip :)"

"This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Zach, the property manager was amazing. His communication was quick and he took great care of us.Yes, I would definitely recommend this property. Only reason I gave a lower score on one section is a lake view would have been preferable. However, the patio was so cozy for the family to gather that the lake view was not a big issue. Coming from Texas the pine trees and mountains were a nice change for all of us."
"We absolutely loved the Red Wolf Lodge. Our one bedroom apartment was huge, beautiful, and had a full kitchen and even a balcony. Spotlessly clean. We also made use of the free bikes which saved us a lot of money vs renting them; and there is a nice bike trail that starts right on the property. The Palisades has a beautiful hike right on the property called Shirley Canyon which was awesome. We felt so comfortable here we felt like we could live there full time. The price we paid was also quite low considering the quality. Highly recommended."
" We were camping and got rained out. Just happened to find this place on Expedia and we're absolutely amazed by such a wonderful Lodge it is. That was 4 years ago and we now always stay at the Granlibakken anytime we are in Tahoe. They have everything here and no need to leave the property. The only draw back is that there is only one ice machine (that we could find) and it is located near the lobby. Other than that, great place to stay for sure!!!"
